A charming retreat, conveniently located near Denver, Red Rocks & Golden! Great value. This cozy bungalow offers a double bed, good internet, and a full kitchen with a dining bar. Bedroom is incredibly dark and quiet at night for restful sleep. Park conveniently in front and step into the 400 sq ft unit with ease. Suitable for two guests, it's a cute and comfortable space. Non-smoking, and no pets allowed.

Relax in the carpeted living room featuring a leather loveseat and a flat-screen TV with Roku for your entertainment pleasure. The open kitchen, adorned with a large window and eat-in counter, is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven and refrigerator. We've got you covered with basic cooking ingredients including spices and condiments for your convenience.
Stay productive with a designated work space desk, complete with a phone and computer charging station. Need a breath of fresh air? Step into our rustic shared backyard, a peaceful oasis in nature. I loved this quiet little spot. Just the right size for me. The desk with ergonomic chair was a bonus. Very well-equipped. Little difficult moving the suitcases over the gravel driveway.It took me a minute to figure out the key box, after you type the numbers you have to press down (not push in) a little button at the top, then the front falls forward and the key is revealed. To close the box back up again, you have to repeat the procedure (press clear button, press code numbers, press down top button) then slide the box back together. Most people probably already know this! I liked the motion-sensor light on the front of the house as it was very dark when I arrived. At midday, it was only 11 minutes' drive to the Convention Center. Quick response when I had a question! Would stay here again.

Great place! Clean, easy to access, and just the right size for the two of us. It’s in a perfect spot to go to any locations in and outside of Denver. An easy 15-20 min from Red Rocks! Nice neighborhood with lots of convenient places nearby to eat or shop. Pleasant, homey, and comfortable! Host was very communicative!

Stayed 3 nights and was very satisfied. Great location. Easy drive to downtown as well as to the mountains. Would definitely stay again!
