Main floor apartment within our house

While the apartment was very small and could use some updates, it was very clean and worked well for the two of us for two nights. It was close to Red Rocks. Kathy the host was great to work with and made the check in and check out process easy.

Easy to find and get around . We were here for ball tournament ball diamonds were easy to get to. Very nice place to stay. Host responds in a reasonable time. We will definitely comeback if ever in vicinity again.

The place was nice and clean and the owners were quick to replace the toaster when I reached out out it not working. On Thursday afternoon I received a text from the owner asking what time we would be checking out on Saturday as to they decided to go out of town. Kinda made me uncomfortable as to I paid thru Saturday, but i asked if she would refund 2 night if we left Friday, she completely ignored. We ended up leaving Friday morning and got a hotel booked in Fountain for Friday night and checked into our VRBO in Peyton on Saturday

Location to Red Rocks, a 10 min drive was terrific. Light rail 1 blk away but we didn’t use. Other businesses were easily accessible to this property. Off street parking easy & safe. Adequate kitchen items. Toaster would have been nice perk. I wouldn’t recommend for large adults as the bedroom & bathroom & shower are very cramped. Shower spigot dripped from the time we arrived. Shower valve handle was loose & once the water temp was set right handle easily came detached. He was able to put handle back on in order to shut shower off. BR sink handle - hot side needs attention as it’s difficult to turn off. I didn’t find all spaces to be clean. Though bedding was clean & double mattress was comfortable even for 2 avg size adults. Generally spaces, fixtures & furniture were on the tired side. We appreciated being able to check in 1 hr early.
