Nice place with everything I needed. Good location and enjoyed my stay!

The room/small apartment was perfect! It was really cute and cozy, had mini-splits which helped keep the room warm enough the whole weekend. The host(s) are so accommodating! Left great instructions, even left a paper with places to eat, which was so helpful! Parking was right out front, very safe and comfortable. The coffee pot was a godsend (we brought our own coffee from the place I manage here in AZ) and we used it every day. There is a griddle, a hot plate, microwave, fridge, sink- really perfect for 2 people. When we make our next journey, we will definitely see if this is available again!

Location to Red Rocks, a 10 min drive was terrific. Light rail 1 blk away but we didn’t use. Other businesses were easily accessible to this property. Off street parking easy & safe. Adequate kitchen items. Toaster would have been nice perk. I wouldn’t recommend for large adults as the bedroom & bathroom & shower are very cramped. Shower spigot dripped from the time we arrived. Shower valve handle was loose & once the water temp was set right handle easily came detached. He was able to put handle back on in order to shut shower off. BR sink handle - hot side needs attention as it’s difficult to turn off. I didn’t find all spaces to be clean. Though bedding was clean & double mattress was comfortable even for 2 avg size adults. Generally spaces, fixtures & furniture were on the tired side. We appreciated being able to check in 1 hr early.
