The space
This home captures the essence of mid-century modern elegance. Stylish, spotless, and incredibly inviting—you’ll never want to leave. The living room and outdoor patio offer abundant seating, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with friends and family. Enjoy meals in the spacious dining areas, with a kitchen table for six, a bar top for three, and an outdoor dining setup that seats eight. The backyard, enclosed by a privacy fence, boasts a covered patio, a spacious outdoor couch, a 165-inch projection screen, a fire pit, and a large hot tub—everything you could dream of. We can’t praise this home enough! Come and discover a new side of Waco—you might even find yourself extending your stay.
Guest access
Guests have access to entire home and back yard with the exception of a locked supply closet. Please do not access the shop behind the house.
Privacy of guests will be respected by the owners whose home is in the nearby physical proximity of the Lonetree Ranch. Owners dog name is Mac and is very friendly. He is a Shar Pei and will be kept inside during guest stay but you may see him outside in the owners yard from time to time taking a potty break.

Must be 21 years or older to book. No pets. No smoking/vaping.
The living room tv is a Smart TV with streaming Apps no cable.
We provide a Keurig coffee maker with pods creamer and sweeteners.

My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend, just to get away and reconnect with nature. The property is wonderful and the owner is very nice. We enjoyed the animals on the property and the home had all the amenities one could want. The outdoor theater setup was easy to operate, and the hot tub was clean. It’s a peaceful property and close to the shops in Waco. Highly recommend this property.

My husband and I wanted a 2 night getaway to somewhere not too far from home with a nice outdoor space and hot tub. The house itself is very nice, clean and has all the amenities. The owners left us some farm fresh eggs from their chickens which was nice. We used the hot tub and projector screen tv both nights and it was wonderful. During the day we listened to music and played corn hole and washers in the back yard. The owners do live on the property but they respected our privacy. The privacy fence was great and they didn’t mind our music. The owners also let us feed their mini cows and pigs. It was a fantastic weekend and I’d book it again for sure.
