As you enter the Dolce House, you`ll be welcomed by a spacious living room ideal for entertaining, adorned with chic modern decor and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing delicious meals. The home offers four cozy bedrooms, including a master suite on the first floor with a plush king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, you`ll find three additional bedrooms—two with queen-sized beds and one with twin beds—sharing a beautifully designed full bathroom. Outside, the large, fully fenced backyard is perfect for relaxation and play. Conveniently located, the house is just a short walk from a coffee shop, restaurant, and grocery store, with downtown Waco only a quick drive away.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to their stay. Access to the property will only be granted once the agreement has been completed and returned.
Strictly no smoking anywhere inside or outside the home within 50 feet of the home.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance for added peace of mind. Our cancellation policy applies to every reservation without exceptions, regardless of the reason.
Mechanical failures happen every now and then and are rare. Unfortunately, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as electricity, phone service, water, tubs, air conditioning, TV, wifi, appliances, pool, spa, etc. We do have technicians on call and will do our best to get any mechanical failures repaired as soon as possible
