About this apartment rental

It doesn’t get any better than this…located in the historic Behrens building, this loft condo is a short walk from Magnolia Market, Spice Village, and downtown Waco and a mile from Baylor’s campus and the Brazos River. After a fun day sampling all that Waco offers, return to your own oasis where king-sized beds, designer sheets and towels, and spacious accommodations await. Either cook at home in the well-appointed kitchen, dining at a table for eight made from the bottom of a boxcar or walk to one of the many surrounding restaurants.

Although brick walls are in the place of shiplap, a famous couples’ company designed the finish out of this newly renovated condominium. This spot is perfect for girls’ weekends, couples in for a game, or families visiting their Baylor Bear. Enjoy a city experience in the small-town warmth that is Waco, home to some of the nicest people on the planet!

This place is just awesome!! We stopped in Waco on the way back from a Cowboys game. Parking was very easy as it is assigned parking. The building is right behind the parking lot, which is very well lit and the location was very nice and convenient to local attractions as well as a pretty broad selection of food. To our surprise, this industrial loft was even better than the pictures. Just a very very cool place to stay. The only gripe I have is that we couldn’t stay longer. Just an amazing place that makes you not want to leave. If you’re planning a vacation with your family/friends to the Waco area, you would be making a mistake if you stayed anywhere else, other than this beautiful industrial loft.

This property is exactly as advertised. Local to downtown Waco and easy walking to multiple attractions. Property is clean and modern. The property is an excellent renovation from its previous use. Management provided timely and helpful communication. Would absolutely recommend this property!

This property is really nice and was perfect for my girls weekend in Waco. Walkable to silos and Dr. Pepper Museum. Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We would stay again if we do another girls weekend in Waco.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. The location is amazing!! Walking distance to so many venues. It was clean and quiet with an incredible view. But, maybe the best of all was the fact that the owners just get what it’s like to travel. There were tons of extra towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, laundry soap, etc. the kitchen had everything you could think of or need. We have been to many places that skimp on some of the extras. This is not one of them. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit Waco!!

Super cute apartment. Decorated adorable. Had everything you need. Great communication with management. Had a problem with TV and they were totally on it to get it working. Very impressive. There is a very loud bar out back which could effect some people. But they supplied noise machines in the bedroom and we slept GREAT. Beds comfortable. Walking distance to so many things.

The condo was fabulous! Great location. Great access to all we wanted to see and do. With all the empty parking spots at the property we were surprised we had to park across the street. There were two bathrooms and four beds so more guests could be expected…but there were only two wash cloths and hand towels. No Kleenex, something that is a nicety.

I can not say enough about how pleased we were with this rental!! We were in town to attend orientation at Baylor. The location is perfect to access the campus as well as many quaint eateries. The loft itself was beautifully decorated. Every amenity possible was made available. Very roomy, clean and quiet. My family will definitely be back and look forward to staying in this unit some time soon in the future!!! Thanks so much for making our time in Waco pleasurable and memorable!!!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! Zero complaints here. Check in was a breeze. The loft was exceptionally clean. Everything was as described. I appreciated the little touches like hand soap, extra coffee, paper towels, and even white noise machines to drown out city noise. (And more!) The owners have thought of everything to make your stay exceptional! We also were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. Magnolia, Dr. Pepper Museum, coffee shop, restaurants, shopping, etc. All close by! I wouldn’t hesitate one second to stay here again!

We had a wonderful girls trip!! The loft was amazing. It was a short walking distance the the silos and other attractions and restaurants. It was a great place to relax in the evening. We took our adult girls and husbands to Waco for a long weekend to watch the Kansas/Baylor men’s basketball game. This was our first time in Waco so took a chance on the Brazos Loft and am I so happy we did. Not only is the Loft comfortable, clean and wonderfully stocked but it is also conveniently located close to restaurants, bars, Magnolia and the Baylor campus. It was perfect. Make certain to enjoy dinner at Milo’s (farm-to-table restaurant) and stop by Milk Bottles Cookies (you will thank me later). The Property Management Company was very responsive from the first inquiry to checkout. This is a must stay Loft.
