The living room and outdoor patio offer abundant seating, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with friends and family. Enjoy meals in the spacious dining areas, with a kitchen table for six, a bar top for three, and an outdoor dining setup that seats eight. The backyard, enclosed by a privacy fence, boasts a covered patio, a spacious outdoor couch, a 165-inch projection screen, a fire pit, and a large hot tub—everything you could dream of. We can’t praise this home enough! Come and discover a new side of Waco—you might even find yourself extending your stay.

Guests have access to entire home and back yard with the exception of a locked supply closet. Please do not access the shop behind the house.
Privacy of guests will be respected by the owners whose home is in the nearby physical proximity of the Lonetree Ranch. Owners dog name is Mac and is very friendly. He is a Shar Pei and will be kept inside during guest stay but you may see him outside in the owners yard from time to time taking a potty break.

Must be 21 years or older to book. No pets. No smoking/vaping.
The living room tv is a Smart TV with streaming Apps no cable.
We provide a Keurig coffee maker with pods creamer and sweeteners.
