Lovely location and felt very homely. Really nice and cute facilities

Parking on the hill was a little difficult. Couldn't do it in a lower car

Location was good. Light and airy with good views from windows. Small, especially kitchen area,but expected that being a loft. Very clean and plenty of hot water.

No dining table, just coffee table. Difficult to food prep with very little worktop and microwave nearly at floor level.

Private self contained accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure! Lovely highland soap company toiletries . Delicious and plentiful breakfast left for us. Stress free parking.

Nothing! It was a great stay

It is in a lovely area, very convenient for walking in the Highlands and also close to aberdeldy and Kenmore for eating out. The Steading and the gardens are also picture postcard pretty.

The Loft is very small, compounded by restricted head height. It really isn't a place to do much other than sleep. The kitchenette is really only big enough for hot drinks as there is no hob, or space for a hob or any prep. This was a bit frustrating as this was our base for a weekend of walking so we needed to make food for lunches. Breakfast is also slightly odd - a selection of breakfast items that you have to ask to be replenished including eggs (which we had to cook in the kettle). £95+ got us (for 4 nights) a loaf of bread, 8 eggs, 2 yoghurts, milk, 8 nespresso pods and granola is not at all good value so I'd recommended buying your own (for a fraction of the cost) or using the money to eat out. Also if you are planning on using this as a base for walking - there is no place to dry clothes or boots other than in the very small room.
