Access is not guaranteed and may be limited or unavailable due to building maintenance, scheduling, or other factors. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or service interruptions that may occur during your stay.

Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.

Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances.
Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.

In the event that building management, maintenance staff, or emergency personnel need to access the unit, we’ll do our best to provide advance notice. Guests are required to allow entry if needed. For safety reasons, tampering with smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, or other safety equipment is not permitted and may result in reservation cancellation.
Lockouts & Key Policy:
Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances.

Had what we needed, not a lot more. Definitely some wear-and-tear, but we needed a relatively inexpensive place to house a bunch of people attending to a family situation and were grateful for the spot to land. Student apartment aesthetic clashed mightily with the heavy corporate communications (and requirement) up front, but I suppose you have to guard against raging parties in Pullman.

The fact that the lockbox number given was incorrect was a frustration, but once that was resolved, the stay was decent. Recommend mattress toppers for the beds. The location was quiet and easily accessible. No issue with parking or finding the location.
