The staff here were great. The check in was smooth, they have an awesome security system for entry into your room. Smooth and easy. The room was clean, comfortable with fridge and microwave. We would definitely recommend and return! Thanks, Couger Land!

Staff were very friendly in our experience. The room was very clean, even with thorough inspection. Yes, it is an older establishment, but the beds were comfy with good bedding, and the room had everything listed (fridge, micro, tv, coffee/tea). The location was great too, as we were able to walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, shopping). Free and easy parking. Free wifi.

Parking area felt very safe, staff were really nice. We were told we couldn't have the room we wanted because all their housekeeping had quit and the ground floor rooms weren't clean. The room is comfortable but also growth in terms of mold growing under caulk in the bathroom, crumbling bits of wallboard, just little bits of Decay here and there.

Staff is 5-stars and location to WSU is 5-stars as you can simply park and walk, but this motel appears more like something of an hourly-rate, but because it’s in Pullman, and for $1k on a game-day weekend, it’s considered “fantastic”. You have to lower all expectations as it seems seedy, run-down lacking basics (such as a desk) and the decor and how they arrange the room is super odd (can’t see the tv from the bed unless you move furniture, as an example), but the sheets are from Costco and that part was great! The shower had hot water. The toilet paper was ROUGH (paper thin, sandpaper type), so next time I’ll bring my own roll of Charmin. The slit in the front door reminded me of someone trying to kick the door down at one point, there’s no peephole to see who is at the door, and the hanging red-lamp at the front/only window reminded me of the Red Light District in Amsterdam. Odd. There’s a built-in pool, but it’s not operating/open, which would be a BONUS if they fixed that as the summer-weather in Pullman in September was amazing. We were visiting our daughter, so we were looking for a great location and bed/shower, and this motel was perfect. They offer basic breakfast on weekend mornings, not weekday, so that’s sweet. But walking everywhere from this motel was beyond perfect!

Great place, especially for the price. Generous sized room, surprisingly comfortable beds, and the beds have plenty of pillows. Central location within walking distance of several great coffee shops and the WSU campus. Staff was super nice. Not at all your traditional college town motel. Would definitely stay here again.

We were greeted with a very warm welcome by the front desk staff member. He explained everything very well and was incredibly friendly. The room was as pictured, and it was very tidy and felt clean. The AC was easy to use and had good instructions. The only negative was that there were some small stains on the bedsheets. We would definitely stay there again.

Super convenient location to downtown Pullman. Motel is freshly painted outside with nicely updated rooms. Lots of comfy pillows and a very comfy bed. We have stayed in several different Pullman accommodations, but CougarLand is the best one so far. No wonder they are so popular during game weekends! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the CougarLand motel. While it was not fancy, the room was clean, staff were friendly and the location was perfect- right downtown Pullman. Great price too.

The staff and the location were great. The room could use alil help. It looked like it needed some maintenance repairs. The vent in the bathroom was scary to turn on. The coffee pot had a moldy coffee pod left in it before we checked in. For the price we paid, it was satisfactory but I do believe the place needs some help!

She said 3rd level- which you had to drive to. Found out after climbing with luggage to 3rd floor. Room was over 100 degrees and took hours to cool. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and big window at street level curtains didnt cover completely. Super awkward when trying to use the bathroom and wave at passerby’s. I don’t know where this place got good ratings.
