Great hotel!

Check in was super fast! Everyone was so nice. The pool and hot tub were amazing! Will definitely be back soon.

Good price for stay.

Private location, quiet and easy drive to downtown and campus. There was a smell in the first room they gave me, and they gave me a new room right away! My key stopped working and staff helped me. Breakfast has a nice variety. The eating area looks over Pullman.

There was a door between my room and the next- I could hear everything in the next room.

We would stay again.

Staff was very accommodating. Facility was very clean. My teenagers loved the pool.

We would of liked more protein choices for breakfast such as scrambled egg and bacon. I understand this is probably limited by lack of kitchen facilities. The hotel was fully booked so I think others would also appreciate this. The beds were not bad but not as good as some other hotels we have stayed at in Moscow.

The room was warm, that's about it.

Pool was closed for cleaning when we went to use it. Probably due to the dozens of screaming the night before. Breakfast was sparse and difficult to get through due to the numerous people. The only thing that seemed to have flavor was the yogurt and fruit. Accommodations were clean-ish but lots of damages that were either not repaired well or at all. Bed wasn't very comfortable and pillows way too firm, gave me a sore neck.

I will not stay there again

Convenient

There were kids in the hall raising cane during all hours of the night. We were on the first floor just down from the front desk and the staff did nothing to quiet them down. This happened both nights we stayed there. No house keeping was performed during our stay. We had to request our coffee from the front desk as housekeeping didn’t restock our room.

Breakfast was very limited compared to other hotels I have stayed. Internet worked the 1st night which was a Thursday. Friday night was very different. Would not stay on for more than a few minutes. I asked the front desk what was the problem, told they needed to reset their system and it would be better in a few minutes. Never got better. Checked out early the next morning when it wasn't any better. I went and had a nice breakfast and someplace to get some work done. This should be under things I didn't like. The location and parking were good.

We were very happy with our choice. Price of the room wasn't as high as Moscow area hotels.

Room, bedding, bathroom were excellent. Clean, comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but still decent. Plenty of choices. Only negative was the broken ice machine on the 3rd floor but that was a minor inconvenience. Came up for the Univ. of Idaho Homecoming game so going back and forth was no problem at all. Price during Homecoming weekend was far more affordable that Moscow area hotels, so we made a good choice.

The room wasn’t horribly clean. The floors were sticky and the shower had hair in it. The shower was clogged, so as you shower, the water collects around your feet and ankles.

Close to WSU, free parking, and comfortable beds.

Bathroom sink leaked around faucet when on and shower head full of calcium buildup so water shot everywhere in the shower. Room smelled old and musty.

Bedrooms were clean and tidy with nice views.

Breakfast was very basic with little fruit available. Rubbish bins were full and were not emptied even by late afternoon . There was no hot water to make a hot drink on one particular morning.

Great place to stay in Pullman.

Great place overall, highly Coug decorated. Large and clean room, good breakfast. There is plenty of space to hang out, huge restaurant/dining area, conference rooms and even a small terrace with decent view. Good place if not booked out.

Very onvenient location.

A little old, but very clean. Staff was great. I slept 9 hours straight in comfort, and haven’t done that in twenty years. The room was spacious, cool, and very quiet! Would stay again.

Wish the on site bar was open more than just Friday and Saturday.

Exceptional Stay

This is the first hotel that I've stayed at in quite some time that did not smell like marijuana, and I was exceptionally grateful for that! The room was clean and the mattress was comfortable! I will certainly be back.

The only complaint I had was that my fridge didn't seem to work very well.

Would not do again

The motel was very quiet and had nice views from the breakfast area. The room was a good size. Plentiful parking.

Breakfast was the worst. I have never seen anything so miserable. WTAF? The bed linens smelled weird, like not clean. The hot water in the shower was inconsistent. Both chairs in the room were terrible to sit in after a day of seeing the city. The room needs a decent chair. FFS.

The hotel was recently updated and was very nice and clean! The staff were friendly and helpful.

There used to be a very nice restaurant there before the remodel, it would have been nice to have had dinner there and not go out to find a place to eat after a 6-1/2 hour drive to Pullman from the western Washington area.

Cutting corners for $3/stay is reducing the repeat customer experience significantly.

Location, pool, quiet, dog friendly, bartender was great.

Bathroom door latch broken and room seemed to be missing the normal desk. Breakfast has become sparse despite lots of people, and not staffed for replenishment- down to one bagel, one apple,and 6 people waiting for the waffle makers at 8am on a Saturday morning. Full fridge of microwaveable stuff. We ended up eating in town. Expensive laundry machines but had to rinse crusty soap out of our clothes.
