Location was great, value decent, bed comfortable, staff was friendly, room was a good size, Starbucks coffee in room, on site parking that didn't cost extra
The room and hallway had an odd smell, the air conditioner squealed when it finished a cycle, the walls were thin and a lot of noise came through

Great location, close to everything in the area. The newer wing has nicer rooms, more modern. Room prices are decent, comparable to other hotels in the area. Hotel lobby is nice & welcoming. Breakfast is great, when it is stocked! Pool & spa were nice were small but nice to have on property. Manager was prompt to address our issues about having to change rooms.
The older wing has rooms that need to be updated completely. The breakfast room wasn’t cleaned and refilled properly a couple mornings, which was frustrating. A homeless person was also eating in the breakfast area, which shouldn’t happen. One of the front desk ladies was not very talkative or helpful, her customer service skills were lacking.

Our room has limited view of the wheat fields. Breakfast sandwiches were nice.

The housekeeping staff were very helpful when we asked.
-The breakfast that was included was very minimal & basic (cold cereal, instant oatmeal, etc). - The beds were very uncomfortable. - The rooms are quite dark with poor lighting. -The cost was high for what the property had to offer. - The lock on our room door did not work properly and there was no maintenance person to help over the weekend.
