New in mid-May 2026: The home will accommodate up to 8 guests with the addition of a premium Koala sleeper sofa in the living room, giving groups more flexibility while maintaining a comfortable layout. Photos from Koala’s website are currently shown in the listing images, and updated photos will be added once the sofa arrives and is ready for guest use.

This is a very cute house in a great location. Layout is handy with 2 bedrooms in the downstairs along with a bathroom and the King size bed (very comfortable) on the main floor. With a son playing football for WSU, we will be back again for sure!

We enjoyed our stay at the McKenzie home during Parents Weekend. It is such a cute home and the best part was the batch of cookies for us to bake during our stay!
