Everything was as presented, it's a small place but very functional for one or two staying who aren't doing much cooking. The stairs going up off of the street level are narrow and steep. If you have a very large suitcase it might be a little tough for some. Small market with essentials less than the block away, and many many restaurants within a few blocks walk. A little noisy at night with the windows open, but not too bad. Spotless clean and almost instant replies from the owners. Definitely would recommend and return.

The studio was very comfortable and in a perfect location to explore Alfama. It was wonderfully and thoughtfully equiped. Easy communication with hosts.
