B&J Alfama Sea Lane 3

Posizione perfetta per visitare a piedi il quartiere di Alfama (ma anche Baixa). Appartamento pulito e spazioso dotato di tutto il necessario. Materasso comodo, anche se il letto matrimoniale è un po' stretto. L'host fornisce informazioni chiare e esaustive via WhatsApp.

L'appartamento è al terzo piano (senza ascensore) in centro storico, quindi può essere un po' faticoso da raggiungere specialmente se con bagagli ingombranti o pesanti. Necessiterebbe forse di qualche piccola riparazione.

Буквально все. Чисто, убрано, нет плесени, нет сырости, нет запахов. Есть посуда, как для приема пищи, так и для готовки. Кофе-машина, микроволновка, чайник, тостер… Соль и подсолнечное масло тоже были. Кондиционер и вентилятор. В общем, все необходимое есть)

Центр Лиссабона достаточно шумное место вплоть до глубокой ночи (кафе, бары, вечерние гуляния), поэтому за открытыми окнами было достаточно шумно. Но это кому как, мне не мешало. И это явно не вина и не ответственность объекта размещения)

The location is perfect. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Bob was friendly and helpful. Communication was great.

It’s large and roomy, comfortable. Owner had excellent communication and was very kind. It was fine.

Dated, furniture is old and tired. small things were broken or didn’t work. Like a second dead bolt fell out of the door. It did not feel safe. The shower drain backed up, the shower dish tray was not screwed in properly and struggled to hold the shampoo and shower gel. Tge refrigerator smelled bad as did the stair well that was poorly lite and smelled bad. Kitchen did not have a spatula - only two pillows for two people. The place is fine but it’s tired and it’s clear the owner who was very kind and responsive in communication thinks the place is fine as is. I would not return
