About this house rental
Comfortable accommodation suitable for young, elderly and families with children, a few steps from the sea, central but quiet. The apartment is functional and pleasant, with a kitchen and furniture renovated to make your stay more pleasant. Thanks to the large equipped garden at the back, and the shaded terrace from lunchtime, you can enjoy rest and cool even in high season. Equipped with ceiling fans in the dining room and bedrooms, with good ventilation, it allows our guests to rest easily even in the hottest periods.

Theresa’s place was perfect! Very clean and comfortable and Theresa was very responsive to our needs. Walking distance from the village, grocery, gelato, pizza, shopping. And the sea! Great village. We had a lovely time. Thank you!

A wonderful vacation!
Rested with 09.06.2014 on 19.09.2014. Company of 4 adults. Very good location of the house, very green yard, which has grapes and lemons. Maria Teresa is a wonderful and welcoming hostess, spoke about how to find a supermarket and other shops. The house is clean and tidy, has everything you need. Clean linen, plenty of towels, linen changed after 7 days. No internet, but it can be well rested from all. To the sea 5 minutes.Free beach a little further, but it's not a problem! It is best to arrive by car, parking in the courtyard. In the same building there is a small shop where you have everything you need, what would a snack and pizza.Near the house is a restaurant, but it is very expensive. There is a fish restaurant Carlino on the same street towards the center, we recommend! But you need to sign up for dinner in advance! The machine is freedom of movement. We visited Rome, Florence, Lucca. Pietrasanta, a wonderful city, we recommend a walk on the ancient fortress. Top offers excellent views of the sea and the coast.And, you can drive into the mountains and visit one of the many wineries, taste and buy delicious Tuscan wines. Our holiday was a success! We really liked the location of the appartement, just 1 street away from the nice beach, which was end of September nearly empty. The host was really nice and the communication good and fast.
The kitchen had all we needed and the terrace was nice
But the appartement could have been more cleaner and the beds were both not good at all. one bedroom with a very thin matress, very hard. The other one a little better.
Towels were not good at all; very old and smelly.
The furniture rather old, the sofa not easy to sit comfortable on and the garden was in a neglected condition. plastic bags standing around and here and there some "collectings".
Unfortuanetaly there is a grocery-store underneath, who is starting business between 7 - 7.30am VERY loud.
