Un endroit magique à la campagne au grand calme dans une très belle région la toscane à quelques minutes de Pise Viareggio et ses plages ainsi que les montagnes de marbre idéal pour un dépaysement total en supplément l ´accueil chaleureux de Lucas toujours disponible pendant notre séjour à recommander

Disponibilité et convivialité de l'hôte, qui parle parfaitement anglais, mais aussi discrétion pendant le séjour. Logement spacieux et confortable, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se protéger des moustiques (moustiquaires sur toutes les ouvertures, matériel anti-moustique pour l'intérieur et pour l'extérieur, ...). Grand espace extérieur privatif.
L'annonce pourrait préciser que la piscine se trouve à 5 à 10 minutes à pied du logement, et qu'un bonnet de bain est nécessaire. Un four à micro-ondes pourrait être un plus.

The location is perfect for quiet and peace but still only a 8 min drive to the nearest supermarket
This is a series of apartments that share a communal space with pool, lawn Bbq.

Being isolated it was very quiet
It also had all facilities eg washing machine, iron, hairdryer, which a lot don’t have
A lot of mosquitos
Grounds were not well maintained for guests eg long grass
Host was very rude on our arrival. The bell didn’t work and all gates were locked. We called out for 15 minutes and then tooted the horn which drew his attention. He came out and gave us a lecture about tooting the horn.
Shower was high up and quite dangerous for someone who is elderly
