"DIMORA DEGLI ULIVI" single villa with fenced garden, privacy, pet friendly

Dimora degli ulivi is a 130sqm fully fenced single-family villa with a 1000sqm garden. cultivated with olive groves.In the garden you can enjoy a beautiful brick patio for your alfresco dinners, and a barbecue for grilling. In the shade of the olive trees you can relax on sun loungers and there is also a swing for the little ones. Inside the property it is possible to park up to three cars.You enter the villa through a veranda. In the living room you will find two three-seater sofas, a cabinet with television, a dining table with six chairs in front of the stone and terracotta fireplace. utility room, bathroom with window, shower, bidet, toilet, sink.From the living room, through an arch of bricks, you enter the kitchen with fireplace, table and chairs.Exit to the garden through a rear door.Upon the internal staircase (15 steps) you enter the sleeping area with two double bedrooms with third bed and twin bedroom (possibility of combining them in a double bed). Bathroom with window, bathtub, toilet, bidet, sink. Outside you will find a laundry room with sink, covered. Electricity consumption is calculated in Euro 0.50 kw / h, at the end of the stay. From 15 October to 30 April the rates do not include heating which will be charged at € 20.00 per night. Upon arrival, a deposit of € 250.00 is required which will be returned after checking the property by the owners. Cleaning costs will be charged in 70.00 euros.
From 1 May to 30 September check-in on Saturday is required, in other periods we also consider arrivals on other days of the week.
Arrival - Departure: The arrival time on Saturday should be from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm and we always ask our guests to leave the house no later than 10.00 am.
The nearest general store, pizzeria, bar, bakery, butcher, restaurant are located 0.5 km from the house. We, the owners, Silvia and Riccardo, are available for all questions and personally take care of our guests upon arrival. Even during the week, we can always be reached by phone and are available to help solve all kinds of problems that may arise.Check-in on Saturdays is required from April 1st to September 30th, in other periods we also evaluate arrivals on other days of the week.
At Villa Dimora degli Ulivi we are happy to host your furry friends, but we ask that you respect some simple common sense rules to ensure that those who stay after us can also enjoy a good holiday. Always inform us of the presence of animals when booking
Four-legged friends have free access to the living area and the garden while it is not possible to let them stay in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
The cleaning of our villa is a priority: at the end of each stay, in fact, a thorough cleaning is provided with specific detergents in order to accommodate even people with animal allergies.
- Always pick up your dog's waste from the garden.
- It is forbidden to use the blankets available to guests for dogs to sleep on, we always guarantee clean linen but some people may suffer from serious allergies to animal hair.
