About this house rental
The finca was built in 2000 and renovated in 2017. It was equipped with tasteful furniture and high-quality garden furniture. All 6 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The ground floor of the house is fully built for underfloor heating and equipped with underfloor heating. Here is the fully equipped kitchen and a separate TV room with couch and a large dining room with table for 10 people and fireplace, from here you reach the large covered terrace also with table for 12 people and outdoor kitchen with sink and new Genessis || Weber gas grill.
From the kitchen there is access to the South East Terrace which is also equipped with garden furniture. On the ground floor there are two guest WCs, and 1 bedroom with shower and wash basin.
Upstairs there are 5 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, wash basin, WC and corner bath and a bathroom with shower and washing area.
Also in the entire floor with under floor heating. The outdoor facilities with the 14 x 4.5m pool and pool deck with teak pavilion and lounge group will delight you.

The finca was decent location near the north end of the Island in a very rural location surrounded by active farms. Rooms were comfortable and good views. Kitchen and dining areas were well stocked and good for our large group. Pool was nice but in May was not heated except by the sun and therefore most of the time was very cold for most folks. Hosts do not speak english and luckily we had a german speaker in our party that allowed most of the communication to take place ok or we used google translate to communicate. Had to demand they fix outside shutters/blinds that caused one of the rooms to be in complete darkness upon our arrival - if they hadn't fixed it. We also were 8 people and they left barely any toilet paper and when we asked to get more they gave us 6 rolls for a week. Overall the place was just "ok".

The house was very clean but a little old and worn out. 2 of the showers were leaking, so there was water on the floor after use. The pool had a great size for 10 people. But the water was very dirty and we were sticky after swimming in the pool. They came and cleaned the pool several times before ur was better.
