The outdoor area is directly connected to the dining room characterized by its Mallorcan stone and great spaciousness, where the kitchen is also integrated, facilitating access to different areas. Spacious rooms will allow you a pleasant and comfortable rest.
Farm located in the heart of Mallorca will allow you to access the various areas of the island and just 20 minutes from Puerto de Alcudia known for its large white sand beach over 10 km long.
Electricity according to consumption 0.35 €/Kwh.
Deposit 500 €/reserve

We can honestly say that we felt at home. It was such a beautiful experience with our 10 other friends, never have I had such a nicer time. Hiring cars are a must as it is in the countryside and you’ll have so much fun driving to all the near by towns and view points. Would love to come back again in future, Alana, who was responsible for the villa, was amazing and answered all our questions

The villa is beautiful and the pool is fabulous. it is huge and accommodated all 12 of us no problem. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor seating area makes a nice setting for al fresco dining. It was very clean and tidy. The terraces have nice views of Selva and the mountains. It’s in a quiet peaceful area but close to Selva, not close enough to walk but you can get a cab. Having a car will help you explore

Die Unterkunft hat einen großzügigen Außenbereich mit großem Pool. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.

Das Haus ist toll für große Gruppen/Familien. Alles ist genau wie auf den Fotos. Die einzelnen Etagen sind allerdings nur über eine Außentreppe miteinander verbunden. Es war alles sauber und die Küchenausstattung ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend. Ein besonderes Haus mit einem schönen Poolbereich!
