About this cottage rental

Come and recharge your batteries in a pleasant, simple and relaxing setting.
Independent cottage ideally located at the entrance of the Crozon peninsula, the bay of Douarnenez, the harbor of Brest.

Dinéault is a commune in the Armorique regional park, there are many trails for hiking or mountain biking.
The proximity to the sea, with one of the largest beaches in the region, offers many nautical activities.
Also explore the religious heritage. Soak up the Breton culture, its pardons, its fest noz ...
Our cottage for 6 people, is located in the middle of a private wood of 8 hectares. It is surrounded by a stream and a lake decorated with ducks.

Well-equipped kitchen
We have 3 bedrooms with new bedding. (1 bed in 160/200 - 2 beds in 140/190 - 1 bed in 90)

The beds are made free of charge upon arrival!
We accept animals with a supplement of 50 euros (1 dog or 1 cat only)

. There are also 2 goats, rabbits, chickens What a pleasure for the children to collect the eggs in the morning.
In the village (1 km) all shops.
We welcome you at the "Petite garenne" from 2 p.m. Departure is before 10 a.m. on Saturday morning. Our rentals (in season) are only from Saturday 2 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m.)

If you do not wish to clean, a flat rate of 45 euros will be required.

La Petite Garenne is idyllic. The house and gardens were exactly as described and well equipped. A wonderful place to relax and unwind close to nature. Ideally situated to explore the beautiful countryside and coastline. Anne Marie is an excellent host.

A fabulous location to get away from it all in beautiful surroundings. The property was spacious for the two of us and equipped with everything we needed. Our host was very welcoming and we enjoyed exploring the local sites and beaches she recommended. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

The only reason we gave 3 stars for Accuracy of on line Listing is because there is only a shower room with wash basin and a separate toilet which are all on the ground floor. The description implies more than this

What an amazing property set in spectacular surroundings. If you're looking for peace and quiet this is the place. House is lovely perfect for a family, great facilities. Anne-Marie was very fried and welcoming. A great week away!

What you see is what you get, a lovely little house in nature! From being awaken by ducks and birds, to collecting eggs from the owners' chickens. We have enjoyed to be living on this little piece of land for two weeks. The only difficulty we experienced was communicating with the owners (only in French - but mailing using Google translate did the trick) and the outside world since there is no WiFi or decent network available for your devices. Nevertheless the owners are perfect hostes, responding rapidly and helpfully.

We adored the house and it's quiet surroundings. The garden is beautiful, as is the view from the downstairs bedroom. Good beds, well equipped kitchen, everything you need for a great stay to discover the Crozon peninsula. Just don't tell everyone, so we can come back ;-)

It's a gem

The location feels fairly remote, you are surrounded by trees and wildlife (as well as the goats and chickens that share the property) yet you are only 10 minutes from the nearest supermarket and large town and only 5 minutes from the local village. The overall location is great for visiting Brest and Crozon as well as the host of chateaus and historic villages of the region. We didn't have much mobile reception or an internet connection but I think this makes La Petit Garenne even better. We would recommend a visit!

For my wife and I it was ideal as she is partially sighted and could make use of the ground floor bedroom , shower and toilet The kitchen was more than adequate as was the lounge/dining room. Outside table and chairs were available to enjoy the lovely garden while listening to the ducks on the pond!
