About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this south-facing 40 m² house with swimming pool for rent in Saint-Nic, about 500 m from the beach. It sleeps up to 6 people.
It comprises an 18 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath).
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- An 18 m² living room with a TV, a dining area and a double sofa bed
- A fully fitted open-plan kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A shower room with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed measuring 140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide: a high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A 13 m² south-facing terrace with furniture and an electric barbecue to make the most of sunny days.
- A shared indoor (heated) swimming pool at the holiday village, open from 1 April to 31 October.
The house is located in Saint-Nic, 500 m from Pentrez beach. Nearby you'll find a bakery, a local market, a café, restaurants...
