About this house rental
Located perfectly in between Downtown Franklin and Leipers Fork (8 minutes to either) and only 3.5 miles from the Natchez Trace Parkway double arch bridge. Located on one of the most beautiful roads in Williamson County. Think large tracts of land, and 4 board fences (and maybe even a castle disguised as a recording studio!)
This French Country themed Franklin cottage was designed for comfort and convenience. Whether you are coming to make music or memories, this can be your home away from home.
3 full bedrooms (master with king bed and private bath, bedroom 2 with queen, and bedroom 3 with bunk beds and a trundle bed) give plenty of space to sprawl out. Our family and friends seem to congregate to one of 3 places, so we made those extra special.
#1 the kitchen: Extra large, with island seating and a extra long workspace with extra seating. Complete with double ovens, refrigerator, smooth surface cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, Keurig, Vitamix, and a kettle to heat the water for your tea.
#2 the Family Room: also extra large with a super comfy leather sectional from Pottery Barn, extra chairs, a desk in the corner, and a 58" LED TV with a Roku.
#3 is the Back Patio: Covered for comfort, with plenty of seating and a big back yard for a game of catch or to let the kids tire themselves out.
There are more amazing places to eat within a 10 minute drive that you'll need to come back time and again to try them all, but if you want to eat in and have a nice sit down dinner, the formal dining table seats 6.

Wonderfully clean and a great space for the group we were traveling with. Watch your head on the range hood, as one of our taller travelers hit his head on it repeatedly while standing near the stove, since it is glass/clear & sticks out a little. The beds are all very soft, so if you need a more supportive mattress, you can plan accordingly. Very responsive owner through the messaging feature in VRBO.

This house is a great place to stay. It’s about a 10-12 minute drive to downtown Franklin. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are enough towels for the bathrooms. The living room is spacious and comfortable.However, we had a few issues during our stay. We never received check-in instructions via text, email, or VRBO. We arrived at the house after the formal check-in time and it took about an hour before we received instructions from the homeowner via VRBO Messenger.The outdoor patio also needed some maintenance. Many of the paver blocks were loose, missing, or broken.Overall, we had a great stay with only a few minor issues.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. However, we did have a major issue. Our refrigerator smelled horrible of fish. It a new spotless refrigerator, but it reaking of fish. We tried to clean it.
Also not enough towels for the bathroom or kitchen.
All in all.
