About this cottage rental
House in a quiet neighborhood with many mature trees. Two bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living room on main floor, basement has TV room and ping-pong table. There is also a bed in the upstairs landing area. Big yard, with a new front covered front porch with couch and chairs.
Two blocks to shopping area with a grocery store, coffee shops, liquor store and restaurants. Three blocks to a city recreation center, Boulder's downtown is a 6-8 blocks to the south. El Dora Ski area is a 35 minute drive to the west.

The house is wonderful - modern and cozy at the same time. Very quiet neighborhood. Bonus is the ping pong table in the finished basement!
Great location just north of Pearl St shopping and restaurants.
Really nice hosts. Highly recommended.

The house was comfortable & clean with lots of natural light. The best part was the location. Close to grocery & 20 min walk to Pearl St. Even faster using scooters or bikes. Host was very kind. Highly recommend.

Quintessential Boulder. Beautiful, well appointed home close to everything. Ed is a terrific host. Responsive and accommodating. We just hope this wonderful property is available next time we plan travel to the area. 5 stars across the board!
