Great spot if you are visiting a child at CU, in Boulder for work or here to take in the amazing hiking! Walk to Pearl street shops and restaurants, nearby Google campus or 5 min drive to Chautauqua park. We are located in a quiet residential Boulder neighborhood, it's easy to relax in this cozy home away from home. 2 bedrooms with large master suite and attached bath. One dedicated parking spots included. Even a quaint balcony to take in the Boulder's golden hour lighting each evening. Plenty of room for a family or two couples!
