Newly updated top floor apartment! Located in the heart of Boulder, our beautiful home is perfectly located to explore the town and surrounding areas. Great spot if you are visiting a child at CU, in Boulder for work or here to take in the amazing hiking! Walk to Pearl street shops and restaurants, nearby Google campus or 5 min drive to Chautauqua park. We are located in a quiet residential Boulder neighborhood, it's easy to relax in this cozy home away from home. 2 bedrooms with large master suite and attached bath. One dedicated parking spots included. Even a quaint balcony to take in the Boulder's golden hour lighting each evening. Plenty of room for a family or two couples!
Primary bedroom has king bed with memory foam mattress, dedicated work space, and ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom has Queen bed with memory foam mattress with second bathroom across the hall. We are also very close to 29th street open air mall with the movie theatre, shops and restaurants. Easy access to hiking as well as walking distance to CU and the Boulder Creek path.

I had an incredible stay at this property and would absolutely recommend it. The location was perfect—just a short, easy walk to a variety of restaurants and shops, which made getting around and exploring super convenient. Parking is tight but doable with two small SUV’s.Communication with Leslie was excellent from start to finish. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.Overall, a fantastic experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Apartment was clean and well decorated! It was a great location for University student and accessing Pearl street. Just note it is on third floor via stairs. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was very good in central Boulder and close to everything . Check in process was easy and fast .As the heat was turned off it was cold for the late afternoon check in.

Our host was great about communication. The location of the property is as described…close to CU Boulder, Pearl St and all the Boulder has to offer. Definitely recommend!
