The newly renovated home features 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and outdoor patio. Centrally located 2 blocks from downtown Boulder: restaurants, trails, and Pearl Street.
Classic Boulder charm all within walking distance. The bus stop on the corner will take you from your doorstep to Denver!
The bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality Brooklinen linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has it’s own smart tv and plenty of closet space to store your items. Each bedroom has a small seating area for additional storage or working space.
The dining and living room are open and airy giving you plenty of space to enjoy a meal, work or relax. We have provided several books, games and Xfinity cable services, and SmartTV apps on the televisions for you to enjoy while you stay.
The kitchen is loaded up with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Including a full size refrigerator, double convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, keurig, and full size washer/dryer. All of the pots, pans, bakeware and dish-ware will provide you with the ability to create and plate a wonder meal.
The bathroom features a standup tiled shower with the very best in luxury amenity products.
The outdoor patio has a privacy fence, flagstone seating area. Perfect for enjoying one of the many wines and beers you can find just a few blocks away on Pearl Street.
We hold the highest standards in keeping the unit clean and sanitized between each booking. During this time we have taken additional measures to ensure we are going above and beyond to maintain these standards. The home is always stocked with hand soap, dish soap, bleach, laundry soap, surface spray, toilet paper and paper towels.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
We are always available during your stay if you message us! You have full private access, and self-checkin. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or if you need any recommendations for the area.
The home is 2 blocks from Pearl street and 5 blocks from the walking mall. Within a few blocks you can get to 3 different parks, as well as the bike paths and Boulder creek.
There is free 3 hour parking on the street during weekly M-F 9am-7pm and completely unlimited after 7PM. We have free parking in the lot in the alley attached to the building as well.
The bus stop on the corner right out front will take you from your doorstep to the bus station (which is only about 5 blocks away anyway), and from there you can take the bus to Denver or the Airport. I certainly love taking the bus to and from the airport because it's so convenient.
Our Cactus are real. Their Names are Bob and Frank. Please don't water or touch Bob and Frank because they are sharp :) (Bob and frank are away for the winter replaced by their replica friend)

This property is extremely well set up, clean and convenient. The hosts were helpful and made everything easy. They even put out graduation decorations since we were there for graduation weekend! It was a perfect spot for our family to have time together for graduation. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful one‑night stay at this home in Boulder. The house is modern, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable, especially the furniture and beds. The location is fantastic, just a few blocks from downtown Pearl Street, which made walking to restaurants and shops easy and enjoyable. The amenities were excellent, and we really appreciated the thoughtful welcome basket with local snacks and wine, such a nice touch. Everything was exactly as described, and we would definitely stay here again.

This house was adorable and well appointed. The beds & bedding were comfortable & the kitchen was very well stocked. I would recommend & we will definitely rent again when we come back!
