About this house rental
Welcome to Desert Blue
This home is for 4 guests or less. It is not able to accommodate large trailers as it is on a narrow access road and a dead end. It would be difficult to turn around.
Our remodeled home is in the heart of Moab but feels a world away. The house is situated down a dirt lane which turns into a private road with very little traffic. It is quiet and peaceful with a truly rural feel. Our location is ideal! It is easy walking distance to main street; the recreation center with pool and fitness center; paved bike path and many other conveniences of town.
This older home has been remodeled. We have custom cabinets, granite counter tops, beautiful hard wood floor through out and new kitchen appliances. We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with walk in showers. The large bedroom has a king size memory foam bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is very small. The furnishings are uniquely rustic and eclectic with a luxurious at home feel.
Enjoy sitting or eating on the back patio in the large newly landscaped yard. We have a BBQ grill on the patio and also other seating areas around the property for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding red rock views. This lot is very private!
Going to town? No need to deal with parking when visiting main street. We have plenty of parking.
This is a great place to unwind after all your Moab adventures. .... come, put up your feet and enjoy!

This home was absolutely perfect for our 10 day stay. My 23 yr old son and daughter traveled with me. It can sleep 6 people comfortably. We felt right at home. Host had every essential item in the kitchen and the bathrooms. From seasoning, pots and pans, coolers and ice packs, laundry needs, extra toilet paper shampoo and body wash. The bathroom towels were excellent! Big , long, and plush! The outdoor area is so well designed. So many native plants. Just beautiful and natural to the area. 2 outdoor seating areas where we took advantage every morning and evening. There was a hummingbird nest under the covered patio and we were able to watch the rare sighting of the momma feeding her babies. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very secluded and safe. The location is walking distance to Main Street, which is very convenient as parking around town is sometimes difficult. The HVAC worked very well.The bathrooms were updated tile showers. The front shower didn’t have the best water pressure but I believe the water pressure may just be a Moab thing. I highly recommend this rental. If I were to visit Moab again, I would definitely stay here.

The back yard was great!But all the soaps and other liquids in the house had fragrance products in them. I put these all under the sinks, but when I returned home I had to wash everything, even containers.
