Awesome location. Quite but three minutes to the heart of Moab. Very clean. Everything you need is stocked and ready to go. Lovely little outdoor areas to use. Should stay again 100%

Place was perfect when we arrived. Location was well within walking distance of most of downtown and an easy drive to all the nearby parks. We routinely used all the little informational pamphlets and guides left by the owners. Would absolutely stay again.

We really appreciated our visit to The Flats - attractive, very clean unit with a comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. Owners Steve and Becky were super helpful and lovely folks. Would definitely return. Also appreciated the special coffee and the well maintained laundry. Thanks for a very enjoyable stay!!

Everything was perfect! Very clean, good layout, great location to walk to town, kitchen stocked what you need. And just very modern and cute. I’d stay here again.
