Inside, you'll find a comfortable king bed and a twin bunk bed, making this unit a great option for a small family or group of friends. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We are located one block off main street in downtown Moab which is the lively and vibrant area of town. You'll be within walking distance from the best restaurants, coffee shops, bars and shops, as well as local attractions like the Moab Information Center and Moab City park.
Other Things to Note:
Parking notes: There is free guest parking for customer only on the property. Trailer and larger vehicles can be parked in the street out front of the parking lot.
Hot Tub : For your safety, our hot tub is serviced daily by a certified inspector. Additionally, it is fully emptied and deep cleaned every Sunday morning.
Please note that this deep cleaning process may result in the water not reaching the optimal temperature again until Monday.

The property was exactly as described! Very well appointed and in an excellent location - within walking distance of downtown but out of the noise. They made the check in and checkout process sooo easy. The only minor issue we had was that the bed was a bit firm for our comfort, but also know others prefer that. Will definitely stay again if visiting Moab!

We had such a blast at Kokopelli West. My kids (14, 12, 9) had just as much fun chilling at our accommodation as they did exploring the national parks. The sleeping set up is so clever for a small space and the kitchen set up worked great for our needs. The decor and space felt great and were exactly what we needed at the end of our long days of hiking. The outdoor space is awesome and we loved playing cards on the communal table and enjoyed the hot tub (note that it’s not warm on Sundays—we hadn’t realized the water would be switched out that day). We would absolutely stay here again in the future and appreciated the host accommodating our need for fresh bedding at an unexpected time due to a spilled water bottle.

This little space was perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants and all of downtown. The community courtyard space in the center was quite delightful and cozy. We can easily see ourselves visiting this host and cabin again!
