Perfect location to explore the national parks. Located right at the heart of moab with plenty of dining locations within walking distance. Parking was easy and convenient. The property is well maintained and very functional. Comfortable bed. The owner/host/manager provides a guide with instructions for check-in and activities to do nearby. The bed is comfortable and water pressure is good. Place was well cleaned. No complaints and would stay here again.

The sign indicating the property's name could be bigger; we drove past it, but the directions were good and it was easy to get in.

Amazing - quiet, comfortable, great position. We used it as a base for Arches / Canyonlands - no comments whatsoever - loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.
