It is in a good location to downtown Moab which is very good. I also liked that it was very quiet even though it was only one block off the very noisy Main Street highway route through the middle of town. The place is fully stocked with dishes and silverware as well as pots, pans, etc.
The place was very small and there is literally no where to sit within the room aside from the bed. Although there are two metal bar stools that face a shelf overlooking the front window, it is not sufficient given the super tiny positioning. Poor design of the little house concept. The wifi was disastrous with stalling and poor streaming.

Wonderful little studio, uniquely & fantastically decorated and great location in Moab. Host was ace.
Nothing! Only small suggestion is provision of tea for the non-coffee drinkers (but the coffee was still good!).

No breakfast. Location was terrific - quiet yet centrally located.
The ladder to get to the top bunk is not very sturdy. We were 4 adults and the ladder was a worry.
