About this house rental
Welcome to Desert Blue
This home is for 4 guests or less. It is not able to accommodate large trailers as it is on a narrow access road and a dead end. It would be difficult to turn around.
Our remodeled home is in the heart of Moab but feels a world away. The house is situated down a dirt lane which turns into a private road with very little traffic. It is quiet and peaceful with a truly rural feel. Our location is ideal! It is easy walking distance to main street; the recreation center with pool and fitness center; paved bike path and many other conveniences of town.
This older home has been remodeled. We have custom cabinets, granite counter tops, beautiful hard wood floor through out and new kitchen appliances. We have three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with walk in showers. The large bedroom has a king size memory foam bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed with its own full bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds and is very small. The furnishings are uniquely rustic and eclectic with a luxurious at home feel.
Enjoy sitting or eating on the back patio in the large newly landscaped yard. We have a BBQ grill on the patio and also other seating areas around the property for you to relax and enjoy the surrounding red rock views. This lot is very private!
Going to town? No need to deal with parking when visiting main street. We have plenty of parking.
This is a great place to unwind after all your Moab adventures. .... come, put up your feet and enjoy!

This place is very quiet, private and clean. Great for walking into town for all the shops & eateries! The back patio is comfy. Saw deer in the back yard. Beautiful little place. The bedrooms are nice sizes. Everything needed in the kitchen is there. We did not lack anything. Plenty of bedding and towels. I will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in Moab at this property. The location is fantastic - an easy walk to downtown Moab, but tucked away and private. We found the kitchen well-stocked and the rooms both spacious and comfortable. Our host, Andrea, was great with making sure that we had all of our needs accommodated, and as a result the stay was as smooth as could be. Last but not least, the covered patio in the back of the house is an out-of-this-world place to have breakfast. If the weather is accommodating, don't miss it!

Great location 3 blocks from main stores and restaurants but with a private feel. Back patio was beautiful and well maintained. Nicest outdoor space I have seen in a rental. The host provided many nice extras to make visiting the National Parks easier, like travel cups, small coolers, ice packs and extra water bottles. They even had beach towels. Extra nice when you are flying in and have limited packing space.
