About this apartment rental
You’ll find a modern, southwest-facing loft apartment with 75 m² of living space. Located on the 4th floor in a quiet area, it enjoys sun all day long and is right next to the beach and the town center.
The apartment spans two levels, connected by a half-spiral staircase.
Lower level: Separate coat closet in the entryway. Cozy and bright living room with a wide window front, double-bed sofa, TV armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, and CD player.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built-in closets and has direct access to the bathroom with a walk-in shower (no step).
The fully equipped kitchenette also features a dishwasher, microwave, and oven.
Upper Level: A spacious, comfortable bathroom with an illuminated corner bathtub, vanity, and hair dryer. Excellent radio reception thanks to large speakers.
A tastefully furnished living area with a writing nook invites you to relax, watch TV, and read. The ideal spot for the girls—but not just for them.
