This loft with a private terrace is located on the top floor of a fully renovated building in the center of Seville, in Plaza San Francisco, right in front of the City Hall.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a hallway with a striking glass ceiling that lets natural light in from the private terrace. It is complemented by an automatic awning to ensure privacy and comfort. On the left, there is a fully equipped bathroom.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for daily use. It includes a small dining area with a high table and two stools, perfect for light meals or a morning coffee. The main area features a double bed, a mirror, a television, and a spacious wardrobe with hangers and drawers. Next to the bed, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people.
The accommodation stands out for its two balconies facing Plaza San Francisco, offering direct views of the City Hall, one of Seville’s most iconic landmarks.
The private terrace has independent access and is located on the fourth floor of the building, accessible by elevator.

What a fantastic experience! This apartment is ideally located in the heart of Seville, within walking distance of major historic attractions, restaurants and shopping. Check-in/out was a breeze and communication with our host was clear, prompt and professional. Fabulous!

We had a great time in Seville and Genteel made the process as easy as could be. Right in the middle of Plaza de San Francisco and close to Plaza Nueva, it couldn’t be more convenient. Everything was walking distance and the food close by was fabulous!A note for Americans who may be choosing this location, as we are not all accustomed to European accommodations:1. Setup your WhatsApp and make sure you have notifications turned on. It will be your primary mode of communication2. There is a washing machine in the apartment, which is awesome - but no dryer. Being a slightly uninformed American, I didn’t know what to do, until they informed me of the drying rack and it worked great!
