Francos VII is a high-quality apartment located in a renovated building in the heart of Seville, on the popular Calle Francos. It’s ideal for a quiet and comfortable stay, with capacity for up to 4 guests.
This bright one-bedroom apartment is in a recently renovated building. It offers a cozy and quiet atmosphere throughout the day, despite being in a very central area.
It features an open-plan layout combining the living room and kitchen. The living room is stylishly decorated and includes a double sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), perfect for accommodating two additional guests. The kitchen is practical and fully equipped, ideal for both short and long stays.
The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The location is excellent: on a pedestrian street that is lively during the day but quiet at night. Just steps away, you’ll find tapas bars, traditional restaurants, branded shops, and local stores. Major attractions such as the Cathedral, the Giralda, Plaza Nueva, and the City Hall are all within walking distance.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Excellent location, super communication on arrival and departure. Lots of useful information on the apartment. We enjoyed our stay. I would say the bathroom is in need of some refurbishment. Overall a good stay.

We stayed at Rosas place the third week in February. We found the unit just as the listing described, clean, well stocked and easy to use. The location was great, just a few blocks to the metro and all we needed to see. The washing machine and dryer were a great addition. We enjoyed the terrace each evening for snacks and a glass of wine. Many shops, restaurants and groceries within an easy short walk. Rosa was also nice enough to send in advance 18 pages of advice/recommendations on how to get around, where things were, restaurants to try. We had a lovely four nights in Madrid. Thanks again Rosa for allowing us to visit your home.
