About this villa rental
Villa "Sirmione Lakefront" is located in Sirmione and offers stunning views of Lake Garda and the nearby beach. This elegant two-story property features a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 2 with a single bed each), and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. You will also have access to a private sauna, a private gym, and fitness equipment.
Outside, enjoy a large pool with whirlpool function, a garden, spacious covered poolside terraces, a professional grill, and an outdoor shower. There is also a balcony. The pool can be heated upon request with prior confirmation from the host and four days’ notice; this service is available for an extra fee.
The property is a short walk from the beach, and public transport is easily accessible on foot. There are 6 parking spaces in a large garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The property and interiors are step-free, and there is an elevator in the building. Motorcycle and bicycle storage is also available.
Guidelines for waste separation are provided, with more information on site. The villa is equipped with water and energy-saving devices, and part of the electricity is generated by solar panels. Please respect quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Any external guests must be reported to the management.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Sirmione with a group of 8 (5 adults and 3 children aged 10). The property was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exceptionally well appointed. We especially appreciated the chef’s kitchen, multiple air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuites, and the convenience of a laundry.The large outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together, and the shared facilities were a huge bonus. Our group loved the large swimming pool and access to e-bikes. The home is ideally located just steps from a public park and the lake, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome, providing us with local recommendations. We would highly recommend this property to groups large and small!
