About this villa rental
The villa "Sirmione Lakefront" is located in Sirmione and offers a wonderful view of Lake Garda and the nearby beach. This elegant two-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 6 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. You have access to a private sauna, a private gym and fitness equipment.
Outside, the villa features a large pool with whirlpool function, a garden, spacious covered terraces by the pool, a professional grill and an outdoor shower. There is also a balcony. The pool can be heated on request, with prior confirmation from the host and three days’ notice; this service is available for an extra fee.
The property is a short distance from the beach and public transport is within easy walking distance. Six parking spaces are available in a large garage. Families with children are welcome. Pets and smokers are not allowed. The property and its interiors are step-free and there is an elevator in the building. The accommodation also offers storage for motorbikes and bicycles.
Guidelines for correct waste separation are available, with further information provided on site. The villa is equipped with water and energy saving devices, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. Please respect the quiet hours from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The presence of external guests must be communicated to the management.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Sirmione with a group of 8 (5 adults and 3 children aged 10). The property was spotlessly clean, spacious, and exceptionally well appointed. We especially appreciated the chef’s kitchen, multiple air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuites, and the convenience of a laundry.The large outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and enjoying meals together, and the shared facilities were a huge bonus. Our group loved the large swimming pool and access to e-bikes. The home is ideally located just steps from a public park and the lake, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.Our host was friendly, responsive, and made us feel very welcome, providing us with local recommendations. We would highly recommend this property to groups large and small!
