An inviting front porch with Adirondack chairs welcomes guests to How Sweet It Is. Around the corner, guests can enjoy a hanging bench swing and an outdoor shower. Stepping inside the home, guests will find a coastal chic open living, dining, and kitchen area decorated in pale shades of cream, gray, and driftwood. Slipcovered sofas and chairs are split into two gathering spaces. Guests can curl up on the sofa and enjoy the 65†Smart TV or unwind on cozy armchairs and share stories of the day. *The Seacrest Beach Lagoon pool and deck will be closed beginning 10/27/2025 for resurfacing. The project is scheduled to be completed by December 2025.
