The house is beautiful and well appointed. The downstairs area had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy everyone being together.The only issue was the air conditioner in the 3rd floor bedroom didn't work the majority of our stay and getting a response back from the management company was difficult

For our family of 7 perfectly. The third floor queen is best for a single person because it's a rocking swing and would disrupt sleep with a second person in the bed.

The house was beautiful and had very nice custom features. The only negatives I had are the following: 1. The house has a lot of deferred maintenance that needs to be done. Looks like it had mold on some of the ceilings. 2. When we got there the door code didn't work. 3. The grill on the porch wouldn't light initially. Took forever to get it lit.
