DETAILS: How Sweet It Is in Seacrest Beach is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom beach cottage that sleeps 10. Guests will enjoy a comfortable front porch, a second-floor balcony, access to a 12,000-square-foot community pool, and a seasonal beach shuttle service.
An inviting front porch with Adirondack chairs welcomes guests to How Sweet It Is. Around the corner, guests can enjoy a hanging bench swing and an outdoor shower. Stepping inside the home, guests will find a coastal chic open living, dining, and kitchen area decorated in pale shades of cream, gray, and driftwood. Slipcovered sofas and chairs are split into two gathering spaces. Guests can curl up on the sofa and enjoy the 65” Smart TV or unwind on cozy armchairs and share stories of the day. An oval dining table seats 6 and leads to a kitchen with marble counters and luxurious extras like a wine cooler, a cappuccino machine, and a touch-activated faucet. Off the kitchen is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom.

It is a wonderful property… but if staying in the beach is your goal then this isn’t very user friendly. The trams are very helpful and do their best but overall it’s a pain and you have to limit your hours.

The house is nice. Very spacious. The walk to the beach is about 15 mins and the pool is 10 mins. I’m more of Front Beach Rd girl and everything right there. I like to see the ocean all the time. And we had to go to a public beach access daily to have any ocean view and room to set up a chair. Again I’m a Panama City Front Beach gal!
