The home was great! Very cozy and nicely decorated! I liked how the kitchen had all the necessities needed to cook. All our friends were camping with their trailers and we rented this cabin. Our kids really enjoyed it! We definitely would stay at this cabin again if we visit Pagosa Springs again.

While this cabin looked great online, in person was another thing. It is in severe need of a deep cleaning. Cobwebs hung from the fake trees that were everywhere and dust was all over the decorations/curtains. The first day there when I went to make dinner, I had to wash the dishes that I pulled out of the cabinet because they were dirty :(
The floors had dirt on them that left our feet dirty when we went barefoot. We appreciated that they had a washer dryer, however the dryer did not dry our clothes and we had to hang them up around the cabin to get them all the way dry
We love pagosa and come about 6-7 times throughout the year each time renting a house
I really wanted to like this property but unfortunately we will not bring staying again.
