About this house rental
Book a 3+ night stay in November or December 2025 and receive a Day Pass to the Springs Resort and enjoy Pagosa's world famous hot springs.
Sandlewood Shotski is a beautiful, brand new home with all you need for a Colorado getaway! The modern design sleeps 8 people and features an open floor plan, gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen and plenty of seating indoors and out so everyone can relax and enjoy. Even better-it’s only 5 minutes away from uptown amenities and 10 minutes from downtown experience. Traveling with pets? There are a multitude of paths and trails nearby as well as National Forest access points where you can enjoy an afternoon hiking among the pines. Two passes per day to the PLPOA Recreation Center, Pool and Gym are also included in your stay. Additional passes are available for purchase.
Whether you’re getting ready for a day of play by whipping up a cup of joe or unwinding on the deck, Sandlewood Shotski is ready to be your home away from home.
**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety, 4 Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive or two-wheel drive with accessible chains or cables are recommended for Colorado travel November-May

HOUSE LAYOUT:
Located in the Pagosa Lakes District, our lovely home is the best of both worlds! Though it is only 5 minutes from uptown amenities, and 10 minutes from downtown experiences, this home is a tranquil escape in a quiet neighborhood. Upon entering the home, you'll find a modern open floor plan, flooded with warm natural light. The living room, big screen TV and fireplace are directly to the right with a new comfy sofa that converts into a queen size bed. The dining room and large, fully equipped kitchen is straight ahead, as well as a door leading to the back deck where you can relax and watch the local deer meander by. The laundry room and primary bedroom with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom are on the left side of the house. The second queen bedroom and bunk room with full size bunks, as well as a second bathroom is on the right side of the home.

- Verse yourself on our cancellation policy- that is what we adhere to (covid etc.). We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Non-smoking residence (including outside)
- Must be 25 years old to reserve home
-Two dog maximum. Additional pets, or non-canine pets require written approval. Failure to disclose pets will result in an additional fine of $250 and can be grounds for eviction with no refund.
- No parties or number of people staying than what are paid for. These are cause for eviction with no refund
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home
- Ask about extended stay rates

We had such an amazing stay at this home in Pagosa Springs! The house was brand new and absolutely spotless—it honestly felt like we were the first people to stay there. Super spacious too, which made it perfect for our group of family and friends. There was plenty of room to hang out, relax, and just enjoy the time together.
The location was also perfect. Just a short drive to Uptown where we found some great local spots to eat and grab coffee, plus easy access to hiking trails right nearby. What really made it special, though, was how easy it was to get to Wolf Creek—we went skiing for the first time, and having this place as our home base made the whole experience even better.
Everything about the stay was easy, comfortable, and just really well thought out. We’d definitely come back—maybe even make it a yearly thing!
