About this house rental
Book a 3 or more night stay in June, July or August 2025 and receive a Day Pass to the Springs Resort and enjoy Pagosa's world famous hot springs. Book 4+ nights and receive 2 Day Passes. (Expires soon! You must book a qualified reservation by June 30, 2025)
As its name suggests, Pine Vista is nestled amongst the towering ponderosa pines of Pagosa in a sleepy neighborhood just outside the San Juan National Forest. You will find yourself surrounded by beautiful vistas and abundant wildlife, yet less than ten minutes from uptown amenities. Escape to peace and quiet in this welcoming Pagosa Springs cabin, featuring a massive deck with fantastic views of the surrounding wilderness from which to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while the cozy gas stove awaits back inside. The Town of Pagosa Springs is just seven miles away, with tons of shopping and dining, and our famous hot springs to enjoy at the end of a long day of adventuring. Winter guests are just 30 miles away from Wolf Creek Ski Area.
**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your winter season travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. HOUSE LAYOUT:
This multilevel home is perfectly located in the Steven’s Lake neighborhood. As you enter the home, you will walk up the front porch steps to the main level of the house. To your left is a fully equipped, spacious kitchen which opens to the dining room and side balcony with the grill and small outdoor bar/seating area. From the dining room you enter the large main family room with a cozy gas stove to keep you warm and spectacular views of the surrounding wilderness. A large glass door opens on to a huge multi level deck with tons of outdoor seating and dining space. The living room cabinet is full of games and books the whole family can enjoy.
As you move upstairs, you will find the two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom.
