In cooler weather, unwind in the private hot tub with panoramic views of the San Juan Mountains as the sun dips behind the peaks.
Inside, light pours through expansive picture windows that showcase the changing seasons — from vibrant fall foliage to powder-topped mountains and spring's fresh blooms. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for your group a joy, while the variety of comfortable indoor and outdoor gathering spaces ensures there's room for everyone to spread out or come together.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests:
· Main-level primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bath featuring a large soaking tub and towel warmer
· Three upstairs bedrooms, each with king beds and vaulted ceilings (one converts to two Twin XL beds for flexible sleeping)
Fall in Pagosa Springs is unforgettable, with crisp air, stunning color changes, hay rides, and seasonal events like the local Hot Air Balloon festival. Winter and spring bring world-class skiing at nearby Wolf Creek Ski Area, known for its abundant powder and varied terrain, including popular spring break conditions in March. Great place, fun lake and beautiful views! The pull out coach will only fit two, small children though.

This was a great property! It had everything we needed with some extra bonuses. I have three boys and they annoyed the extra space outside to run around, the fishing and kayaks were fun too. Thank you for providing a clean and fun space for our family to enjoy.

Nice house and nice amenities. Kayaks and paddle boat were great. We had challenges with the property management company who didn't address issues we had with the hot tub and didn't communicate to the cleaning staff about our late check out.
