About this house rental
Tucked into the heart of the San Juans, this beautiful lakefront home boasts a 180-degree view of Village Lake, a gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, a private dock (coming spring 2025), and so much more. Whether preparing for a day of adventure by sipping hot coffee on the lakefront deck or unwinding in front of the roaring fireplace after your adventures, Majestic Lakefront Escape is the ultimate vacation home, perfect for any time of the year.
This four-bedroom home will accommodate everyone with ease, including twin bunks for the kids. There is also a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two double beds. There are two full baths, great views of the lake from the kitchen, and dining and living room areas. Two of the upper bedrooms include access to private decks. There is a large backyard with a deck table and chairs and private dock (coming Spring 2025).

**SNOW CONDITIONS may arise during your travel days or your vacation stay. Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety, 4 Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive or two wheel drive with accessible chains or cables are recommended for Colorado travel November-May.

Very clean, well furnished home located on the water. Saw many deer, geese, otters, ect. The orginal side of the house, upstairs bedrooms get a little warm in the middle of the day on the hotest days. I realize a lot of homes in the area dont have A/C and utilize fans and open windows. It does cool off fast in the evenings. It wasn't an issue for us using floor fans and open windows where necessary. The master suite side, the bunkbed room, and living area all have excellent A/C. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. Its very easy to get to. Beautiful view. We will stay here again.

This property was THE perfect place for our getaway to Pagosa Springs. We had 4 families traveling together and this rental was spacious and clean. We each had our own space and the common areas were perfect for relaxing together, sharing a meal or playing games. We can’t wait to stay here again. It’s very close to town and the hot springs. The property is also on a lake and has a great patio.
