The property was situated perfectly between Old town and New town Pagosa Springs. It was spacious around the house with room from the neighbors to make it feel secluded. The home was clean and spacious with h plenty of room for us to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. The kitchen and living area had plenty of room for us all to gather. The kitchen had all the utensils and appliances we needed to prepare food.
I can’t say that we didn’t like something. I only have recommendations for improvement. It looks like the home was newly renovated as there were some homey touches that were missing like pictures on the walls and small furniture items that could add to a cozy feel.

The Host was very pleasant to work with to accommodate with our needs and early check-in. They communicated with us very quickly when questions were asked.

The owners are very nice and make you feel very very comfortable. They even bought extra fans so if we need them. The temperature was great out there. For being first time traveling we loved the cabin. Very beautiful clean and nice.
