About this house rental
Welcome to Peakview Retreat! We are located in the heart of the Pagosa Lakes area just steps from Village Lake. We are a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with many nice decorating touches that will make you feel at home in our cozy cabin. We also have a great view of the Pagosa Peak from the front porch and living room. In the summer months, you can enjoy views of the lake from the master bedroom deck and deck off of the dining room.
You enter the home in to the living, dining and kitchen great room. The living room has a large, comfortable couch with 2 side chairs and 2 full chairs where the family can enjoy your family shows on the large smart TV. Or you can just turn on the fireplace and enjoy watching the snow fall or the sunsets falling on the San Juan mountain range. The dining room area and stools at the kitchen bar area have plenty of room for the whole gang. Then, you'll notice the kitchen, which is big enough to have many chefs cooking the meals. This kitchen has everything from the wonderful gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee station, large pantry and all the utensils and gadgets you'll need.
Down the hall is a full bathroom with an adjoining laundry room, including all new laundry equipment. Further down the hall is the master bedroom with a king bed, TV, desk area, coffee bar and master bathroom with a sink area separate from the rest of the room. There is also a glass door to a private deck off of the bedroom that faces the lake. There is also 2 other bedrooms, each with queen beds, TV's and decorated super cute.
This home comes with a 2 car garage that you can use and also has plenty of room for 2 other cars.
This home is in the PLPOA area with access to fishing and fun in 4 lakes, plus access to the state of the art exercise facility, indoor pool and hot tub all for a FEE. This home is close enough to shopping, drinking, dining and can be reached if you bring your bikes, or let us rent some for you.
All trailers, RV's, campers or other recreation vehicles must be approved prior to arrival to be allowed on premises.
This home is pet friendly for a fee of $75 per dog , plus an additional $100 refundable deposit per dog. There is a 2 dog maximum unless authorized.
This home just had AC added for the entire home.
Please note there is a $50 cancellation fee that applies to all cancellations made after booking.

We had a nice stay in this lovely home in a quiet Pagosa Springs neighborhood over the 4th of July weekend. The house was very clean and nice and cool when we entered it on a hot afternoon. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well appointed for the three of us. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could need or want. We spent most of our time out fishing and exploring. The garage was perfect for all of our adventure gear. We will be back!

This home was a perfect spot for six adults and two toddlers. There was plenty of room in each bedroom and the living area was great for all to enjoy time together. The house was stocked with books, music, games, anything to entertain if you wanted to stay inside, but the decks on both the front and back of the house were places we enjoyed the most. We were surprised by the spices, condiments and supplies in the kitchen. It was nice to be able to cook in the home without running to the store for every little thing you didn't want to haul from home. Communication for check in was done through email and text and response was quick as well. A great place to watch deer, a fox and hot air balloons pass by. The AC in this house is a HUGE PLUS. Although it cools off nicely at night, it is nice to come in the house during the day to cool off for a bit. 87 in the mountains is pretty HOT! We will definitely rent this home again for our next trip.

This was a second stay for us with this property... the accommodations are lovely! Location is wonderful! Pagosa is awesome! The only thing we miss is live TV - one isn't there to watch tv - but at night after a long day... live tv would be nice - sports, etc... but that is a .05 up against a strong 10 on everything else... we would recommend this property time and time again...
