Based on previous bookings from VRBO my family and I have had to bring multiple totes filled with kitchen accessories, toiletries, etc. This home offered everything we needed. We only went into our totes once to pull out food that we brought to cook, otherwise this house provided everything we needed. It's cozy, well, lit, we loved the natural light, and it's close to other things that we wanted to do in the area. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean, I felt like it was a home away from home. I highky recommend this property for a nice get away.

Check in was very simple. Kitchen was fully stocked with more than enough flatware, stoneware, stemware, pots, pans, cooking utensils, you name it, it is most likely there. The entire place was clean, felt like home. We all brought bins full of stuff due to past VRBO experiences, we hardly had to dig into them. Only needed ziploc bags for storage, other than that, they've got it covered. Beautiful place perfect for a small gathering of friends or a quick little family get away.

We loved this little cottage house. The space is utilized very well! The beds were extremely comfortable. House was close to several beaches and we enjoyed our rainy day in downtown 3 oaks.

Stained and dirty furniture covers and area rugs; active train track less that 100 yards from property; patio furniture stained and dirty; musty or similar odor easily detectable; not a three bedroom as advertised. The cottage is priced appropriately for the market but the “exceptional” reviews are misleading based on my experience with VRBO properties. We enjoyed our long weekend but expectations were much higher given previous reviews and property description. Expect a reasonably priced accommodation with the listed issues you will need to overlook.
