There was plenty of room for all of us and the house was clean and comfortable.
Initially when we got there the house smelled musty. The smell was very strong. The welcome basket was exactly what you might use: toilet paper, kleenex, tide pods etc. They're was nothing extra to make it feel welcoming. A couple things that would have been nice were coffee(coffee pot but no coffee so we bought it) and two showers but we made that work. Others we have stayed in had coffee, smores kit and beach towels available. Also the wifi password is listed incorrectly. It has a capital letter but that doesn't show on the sign in instructions on the wall.
