About this house rental
Thanks for your interest in our brand new vacation house in Lakeside - which we are very proud of! See you on the beach.
The House:
Our 3 bedroom, 1,800 square foot house sleeps 8 guests comfortably. It features a modern kitchen, spacious living room and dining room. Other features include a washer & dryer, a back patio with furniture, a gas grill, fire pit, Xfinity Internet, and central air conditioning. And of course the we have a HOT TUB - which is scheduled to be delivered in early July (so no photos available yet).
The Beach:
Includes private beach access rights to the exclusive New Circle Association Beach. It's a 5 to 7 minute walk from the house. Never crowded and always relaxing. Amazing sunsets.
The Neighborhood:
This is a perfect get-away-from-it-all destination that still has modern amenities within easy reach. Union Pier is just 1.5 miles down the road with shops, an awesome farmers market, and fine dining.

Everything about the house was just wonderful! Very clean and had everything you could possibly need. We would definitely recommend. Our only issue were the ticks outside, but thats mother nature!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The host’s hospitality was top-notch, and the communication was seamless throughout our trip. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great experience. We'd love to stay here again!
