Podere Ranciano Alto is a typical farmhouse immersed in the Umbrian countryside, with a panoramic view of Lake Trasimeno and the surrounding hills, not far from Cortona and Montepulciano. The farm is located in Ranciano, a small and charming agricultural village, two km from Castiglione del Lago, on the shores of Lake Trasimeno, in the province of Perugia.
A structure consists of independent apartments between them, a pool and a common room called "La Cantina", where you can spend pleasant and recreational hours with other guests of the farm.
The apartments available are:
LAUREL
It is an apartment located on the first floor, consisting of a double bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa (which opens into a double bed) and a kitchen complete with all accessories. The apartment includes: satellite TV, coffee machine and safe.
TOWER
It is an apartment on two floors; the first is composed of a large kitchen complete with accessories.
Going up the stairs you reach the second floor where there are three double bedrooms and a bathroom with a panoramic view of the lake and the town of Castiglione del Lago.

OLIVO
It is a ground floor apartment, consisting of a 2 + 1 double bedroom with a bathroom, an opening sofa bed in the living room and a kitchen complete with accessories.

ELM TREE
It is a beautiful 30 square meters depandance of surface, composed of bedroom, bathroom and a private porch overlooking the pool.
