Family house of 160m2 completely renovated in 2023, located in the countryside, in Quemper-Guezennec. The house has a large quiet garden, you will find a fully equipped modern kitchen, containing in addition to basic equipment, an oven, a dishwasher, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a large table that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The house has four bedrooms, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, three bathrooms, a large living room with a pellet stove, a laundry room containing a washing machine. The house also has a terrace with a table and 8 garden chairs, a parasol and a barbecue.
This country house is located 5 km from Pontrieux, a small town of character, selected among the favorite villages of the French in 2023 and 10 km from the Château de la Roche Jagu. You can also enjoy the beach of Bréhec 15km away and the port of Paimpol located 13km away. The Pointe de l'Arcouest located 25 minutes away will allow you to take the spotlight to discover the Ile de Bréhat.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home. We house was perfect for 2 families with 3 kids. The kids were able to just run free all the time and everything in the house is basically new! We would highly recommend staying there. They also sell flowers, fruits and vegetables in the shop right next to the house. Unfortunately we discovered this on our last day. Would have gone there otherwise!

Enjoyed a wonderful week exploring the region from this fantastic, perfectly situated house. Spacious, newly renovated with quality fittings and with great wifi, meant the kids weren't disappointed when the odd rainy day kept us inside. Marion and Paul-Marie were both very kind and we look forward to returning in the future.
